About Oregon Food Equipment:

Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and self-motivated Field Service Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for troubleshooting, servicing, and maintaining commercial food equipment on-site at customer locations. The ideal candidate will have mechanical, electrical, and basic plumbing knowledge, strong customer service skills, and a willingness to travel throughout our service area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair a variety of commercial kitchen and food processing equipment (mixers, slicers, dishwashers, scales, ovens, etc.)
     
  • Perform preventative maintenance services on equipment per manufacturer guidelines
     
  • Install new equipment at customer sites and ensure proper operation
     
  • Complete service documentation and work orders accurately and on time
     
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch, service coordinators, and customers
     
  • Maintain company tools, vehicle, and parts inventory in clean and working order
     
  • Follow all safety procedures and company EHS policies
     
  • Represent Oregon Food Equipment in a professional and courteous manner at all times
     

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training preferred
     
  • 2+ years experience in field service or commercial equipment repair preferred
     
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
     
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
     
  • Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and service manuals
     
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in tight or elevated spaces
     
  • Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
     
  • EPA refrigeration certification a plus (but not required)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a sales territory, including lead generation, prospecting, and account management

  • Identify customer needs and propose solutions that align with their operations and budget

Qualifications:

  • Self-starter with excellent time management and territory planning ability
     
  • Experience in technical sales or equipment sales is a strong plus
     
  • Familiarity with commercial kitchen or grocery equipment is a bonus
     
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Social Media & Online Sales Manager to take ownership of our digital marketing channels and e-commerce strategies. This role is responsible for content creation, social media management, online customer engagement, and driving sales through platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and our website.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a content calendar across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
     
  • Create engaging posts, graphics, and short videos to promote equipment, services, and company milestones
     
  • Monitor and respond to messages, comments, and inquiries across platforms
     
  • Manage and grow the company’s online store or digital product listings (website, eBay, etc.)
     
  • Track online sales and inquiries, convert leads into quotes/orders, and assist with fulfillment
     
  • Analyze social media performance and adjust strategies to boost engagement and reach
     
  • Collaborate with the service and sales teams to feature new products, promotions, and customer success stories
     
  • Coordinate digital advertising campaigns (paid social, Google Ads, email newsletters, etc.)
     
  • Maintain brand voice and visual consistency across all digital channels
     

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience in social media marketing, e-commerce, or digital sales
     
  • Strong writing and visual storytelling skills
     
  • Familiarity with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)
     
  • Experience with Facebook/Meta Business Suite, Instagram, and LinkedIn
     
  • Knowledge of basic SEO, Google Analytics, and ad campaign tools a plus
     
  • Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or eBay storefronts preferred
     
  • Highly organized, proactive, and self-directed
     
  • Interest in foodservice equipment, retail marketing, or B2B sales is a plus
